One Window Solutions provides event management, branding, fabrication, and related services as agreed with each client on a project-by-project basis. All service details, timelines, and costs will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

Payments

Payment terms, advances, and final settlement schedules will be mutually agreed upon before the start of any project. Any changes to project scope after confirmation may affect the final cost and timeline.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and necessary access required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

Limitation of Liability

One Window Solutions will make every effort to deliver services as agreed. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, vendor unavailability, or government restrictions.
